Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order, you can also track your package by signing into your account. You will receive an email with a tracking number within 3-5 business days after you place your order.

Our policy strictly states that we do not provide any return or refund on any of our merchandise.

Billing

Inaccurate billing information may cause shipping delays. Your billing and shipping address must match for your order to be processed.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

All of the following items listed on site are not eligible for return. Shipping cost are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

 

ALL sales are final, no exchanges no refunds ALTHOUGH you do have 24hrs after the delivery date & time to contact us about any damaged items.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arriving and contact us immediately at DAZZYBOUTIQUES@gmail.com if you are aware of any defective or damaged items or however if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue for corrections.

 

IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY ALONG WITH AN IMAGE OF THE DAMAGE. WE WILL INSTRUCT YOU ON HOW TO MAIL BACK THE DEFECTIVE ITEM. STORE CREDIT AND/OR A REPLACEMENT WILL BE ISSUED.

I received the wrong item and need to send it back, am I still responsible for return shipping? Incorrect items must be reported to dazzyboutiques@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will instruct you on how to mail back the incorrect item and the next step. 

 

Will I receive a prepaid shipping label? We do not provide shipping labels for returns at the moment. Shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

 

How should I ship my item? When returning an item, we recommend using USPS Flat Rate Shipping or First-Class Package as it is the most affordable shipping option, and it comes with a tracking number.

 

Is there anything I should include in the return? Please include the original packing slip that was shipped with the order. You may also provide us with your full name and the order number on a piece of paper.
